does anyone know if its true that the new S8 is going to have the lamborghini gallardo engine in it? or the same old 4.2 l v8

The W12 is 6.0L not 8.0L and puts out 450 HP @ 6,200 RPM and 428 lb-ft @ 4,000 - 4700 RPM. I have not read anything about a new version of the S8 yet.

i have heard that theyre coming out with an S6 soon with a V10 engine based on the gallardo.

The V10 is going into the next RS6, so maybe they will put the old RS6 twin turbo V8 in the neq S6, or maybe th same NA V8 thats comin in the RS4?
