How To replace axle/CV assembly/ Audi 90
 

i have a 1995 audi 90 that i am going to replace the axle/ cv assembly on. Could anyone help me with steps of how to do it, or a website/book that explains it well. PLEASE HELP thanks

Pretty much self evident once you look at it.
1) loosen up spindle nut but do not remove
2) lift wheel off ground & use jack stand
3) remove wheel & spindle nut/bolt
4) unbolt axle from transmission, use tri square socket, allen wrench will round off edges
5) pull back axle from transmission & let it hang
6) push spindle end back from wheel bearing, may have to remove sway bar link and turn steering wheel to give axle more room to come out.
7) use new spindle nut/bolt when reassembling.
