Looking for opinions of value.. 86 4000csq

Hello all, about six years ago I bought a 4000csq with big plans. Well, those plans never got around to happening, and I now have a more accessible car project. Anyway, I want to sell the 4000 locally, so i was wondering if I could get some opinions on what it's value would to somebody who wants to restore and upgrade. OR if it would be worth more as a part out?

Some info:
1986 Audi 4000cs quattro Commemorative Sport
Located in Barrington, NH
229k miles
Car has been up on jack stands in a large garage for several years.

Car needs minor paint touch up, some small parts, possibly engine and fuel seals (has been completely dry of fluids since being parked.. ), stuck center diff lock.. otherwise was a DD and was driven to it's current location with no issues. Leather on seats was not kept up (don't hate me!) so they are pretty dried out and cracked, with the rear seat nowhere near as bad as front, but somehow the door card leathers are 7-8 out of 10.

Most lights have been converted to led, including window switches.. all other upgrades should be apparent from the photos. Virtually no rust, except in engine bay on random brackets and battery tray.

I could put it back together before sale, but obviously would be cheaper if I don't.

So, what do you think? I don't have the time or money, need the space and.. money. Love the possibilities of the car but it pains me to see it getting no love.

Nobody? :) lol I know this is my first post in this site, but when I was actively driving and working on the car I was somewhat active on a couple Audi forums.. I just can't remember which forums.. nor could I remember my log-in anyway. It's been a while.

I've gotten the engine back together and it cranks like the day it was parked.. but I need to dump the fuel line and get some fresh gas in there before I cause more problems than I need. Refilled the oil and coolant so the seals can soak for a bit, then will do four or five warm up cycles before anything serious. I have no doubt it will start right up. Always has within one full rotation.

So, back on topic.. Any ideas? I just need to get it moved out and on to someone who can give her the attention deserved. Otherwise I'm going to sell it for too cheap and everyone is going to be upset. :p
