Need help to identify 1998 Audi Cabriolet Parts in Engine
 

Can anyone help identify this part?

I need to replace it and need to know what it is. the bottom part it broke/crumbled just due to old age.

Air is coming out of it when the car is running.

car has 120K miles.

I think its vacuum reservoir valve.
diagram under the hood should have it.
