Audi Allroad wheels

Hi

I bought a 2004 model Audi Allroad 2.5tdi with split rim 17" alloys.
I am wanting to upgrade to 18" alloys with a 225/55/18 tyre

Are there any Audi wheels that would fit straight onto my vehicle
