ok so I just bought a 03 allroad with 2.7t and tip tranny. couple of questions I have.

What is the max psi the ecu will allow on the 2.7t? I had a 01 vw gti18t that wouldn't allow more then 7 or 8 psi on the factory tune even with EBC. so I was wondering if it was the same for this engine. I plan on getting the giac stage 1 chip but want to take care of some cosmetic things first like wheels/tires, paint the car a diff color other than the metallic tan or whatever it is.

I have read something on the tip tranny and the "tip lag". what are some ways to cure this?

since this is a DBW car, is buying a performance pedal or whatever its called on the back side of the gas pedal worth the cost? I know it helped on my gti but it was also a 5 speed not a auto.

anything els anyone can think of to help the performance let me know. this is my project and the wife as given me free reign to do what I want.

on a side note, there is a warning light type thing that looks like a headlight with some wavy lines, but I cant find anything about it online. what is this and what does it mean?

thank you in advance
