Yep, looks like I got screwed too. He wanted me to send my paypal as a gift, and like a complete idiot I obliged. I don't think that there is any way to dispute that with paypal.

 

I was screwed too. Thank god it was only $30.00 I was planning on getting a headlight from him, but at the last minute i decided against it. Of course I sent paypal as a gift too, i've already tried getting my money back, but no luck. Anyone have any personal info on him or know him? I'd love to start calling asking where my parts are in the middle of the night.
