2002 Audi A6 3.0L AVK Engine

I have a 2002 Audi A6 3.0L AVK engine for sale. The engine has 110K miles on it. I bought it for the heads but didn't need to use them. I did a leak down test before I removed the heads and it was perfect. The cams and followers show no wear. The bores are also in great shape. The heads come with the cam covers, inlet manifold and injection rail.
I also have the AVK cam and timing belt installation tool kit along with the VAG dowel pin to align the AVK cam carrier to the head.

Make me an offer, I need it gone to restore domestic bliss ;-)

If it's a automatic, do you have the wire harness and ECU for sale?
