Last week I upgraded to a United Motorsport 630cc tune ($80 ECU + $600 tune + $200 injectors) for my FrankenTurbo setup so now I'm looking to move my GIAC PC-16 ECU and Genesis 315cc injectors. The injectors have about 5000 miles on them and the ECU is my car's original ECU, that was first flashed to GIAC's K03 file, then re-flashed to PC-16. It has ~139,000 miles (mileage is irrelevant though). I paid ~$400 for the PC-16 flash and $200 for the injectors.
This tune requires (straight from GIAC's website):
FMIC that will keep IAT's below 50 degrees Celsius.
3 Bar Fuel Pressure Regulator.
31 lb \"red top\" Bosch Motorsport injectors.
02 sensor with less than 50,000 miles on it.
Spark plugs with less than 10,000 miles on them.
Fuel Filter with less than 50,000 miles on it.
A clean Air Filter.
You'll also need a FPR to complete this package. I ran a 3bar FPR for a while but at WOT it runs a bit on the rich side. After that I got the ECS Tuning AFPR/gauge combo and set it for ~2.8bar.
This ECU currently is coded for manual transmission and FWD. I have VAG-COM and can recode it for automatic transmission and/or Quattro.
Looking to get $410 shipped to the continental U.S. These items are boxed up and ready to ship!
