especially when you can find them for $400-$700

For what I can see this kit in the link is for the A3 which will mean it's not a K04-15 turbo but something like the TT K04 turbo's so a totally different turbo to what you would install on a A4 so if your turbo is for a A4 then it will be basically just a K04-15 so a lot less power then the other turbo so you would be way over priced. If on the other hand this it transverse set-up then I would say it an OK price for a 260-300bhp turbo.
