diD mANNIE GET his bumper?

not the one i paid for. i got a fiberglass one...

is there anything i can do about this?

the post said abs plastic with rieger insignia. i didnt see any of this...

and to make up for being late. he said he'd give me a turbo timer which i didnt get. hmmmm

So you pretty much got a fake bumper? I dont really think theas much you can do since the transaction was between two members and not a business. that just makes it more difficult for everyone else who trys to sell stuff on here.
