I have for sale original Audi S4 side skirts and rear skirt. This includes everything you will need for installation, including the rubber strips above the skirt part and all mounting clips, etc. They are used in very good condition. Color is black. $1,000. Note: This guy is trying to submarine this auction so he can steal these parts for himself. Additional note: Side covers routinely sell for around $300, BUT that DOESN'T include any of the brackets, tabs and upper mouldings, which is the most expensive part of the kit! Also, this comes with the rear valance, which isn't included in his price, and is painted black, another cost savings to all the B5 black cars.

not trying at all, just trying to point out that the cost is too high, i can get these parts new for 500, you asked if i wanted to discuss a price, i told you what i'd pay. simple as that.

 

First, look at the photos....these are in very good shape, so not junk like some I've seen with cracks, etc...

You are talking apples and oranges.

1) You are an Audi employee....we can not get your prices. That is the simple truth
2) You keep referring to the side skirts only, and I am selling both the sides and the rear valance.
3) Paint would be extra, and these are painted black

Lastly, there is a link somewhere I've seen on Audi boards with a D-I-Y that talks through the mounting process, and mentions the $1,000 mark as being acheivable, but needing to be resourceful and is time-consuming. Add to this the rear valance and the paint, as well as the complete package ready to ship, and that is how I determined what I would look to be paid.

The market will determine, but you are clearly budget conscious, and trying to get something for a steal. I am not blaming you for that. It's just that I've already receive much more favorable PM's on pricing that support my price isn't out of line, when the market says it isn't.

yeah i just had the parts quoted yesderday by audi of wallingford for less than 700 ... and im not an employee.. that includes all the door blades and everything



too much work and $ tho so i just bought the oem a4 door blades and rocker pannel moulding :\
