a4 aftermarket headunit

I own a 2002 a4 and I am wondering what the best aftermarket head unit options are?

The only one I have found so far is here
Audi A4 DVD GPS Navigation player with 7" Digital Touchscreen / PIP RDS Bluetooth
Has anyone used this head unit and would be willing to write up a quick review on it or something?

Hey I recently bought an 08 A4 and I am looking for a new Nav headunit for my car. Is this made for Audi A4's? Any review?
