How do you set your CC as the main source of payment for paypal?

If you do get scammed, don't even bother w/ paypal. Just call your credit card company to file a chargeback. They will refund all your money and they'll deal w/ the seller.
If you receive goods much different than what the seller described, return it back to whoever mailed it. Call your credit card company and file a chargeback explaining that the goods were incorrect/damaged. This is how I got my $3k back. Seller tried to screw me over w/ damaged Iforged rims/tires.
