1998.5 A4 1.8TQM in California

1998.5 A4 1.8TQM in Pasadena, CA w/ 113k miles, mostly freeway going from LA to OC and back. It looks and runs like an S4! Always kept in a garage.
All maintenance records have been kept. After the first couple oil changes, I've used Mobil 1 every 5k miles and almost all maintenance has been done by dealer. Timing belt was changed at 60k. One of the worn CV boots in the rear was just recently replaced. The interior is in perfect shape except for a small tear in the drivers seat ($50 fix I'm told). The body is in great shape, small ding on driver door and small scrape on corner of rear bumper. People are always amazed and don't believe me when I tell them it's a '98!
Mods include:
S4 bumper w/ fog lights
late model hood (washers are underneath
S4 wheel well liners (better ventilation for stock intercooler)
AMS/Abt Stage 3 chip
Abt Intercooler
Abt K04 turbo
Abt sport suspension
Abt fuel pressure regulator
Forge bypass valve
Neuspeed/Borla exhaust
clear side markers
Aavantgard side skirts
painted rear valence
Clarion amplifier/10" OZ sub w/ custom enclosure
MAS MGR 17x7.5 rims (still have stock 16"ers)
looking to get $8,500.00...What do you guys think? Thanks for any feedback!
