2001 Audi TT 1.8t For sale. Tastefully modded
Selling a 2001 Audi TT 1.8T (225hp model with Quattro awd). Over $20,000 invested in modifications alone. Brand new 19's with all four brand new tires, put them on 2 weeks ago. Vehicle is in excellent condition and runs perfect. Always garaged, all scheduled maintenance done by Audi, no accidents, non-smoker owned. Car has always been kept washed and waxed. I've babied this car, it hasn't been driven hard and have never taken it to the track / drag strip, etc. Mostly highway miles. Bose sound system with 6 cd changer, heated seats, etc. Leather in perfect condition. 69,000 miles.

Nice looking TT... I'm thinking this is more of an ebay car... The sad part about mods is that they really don't count for much in terms of resale value; sometimes hurt it in fact. Might make the average buyer alittle leary of the previous owners driving habits ect...(Not to say your hard on the car, just the perception)
Gotta tell you, you might have better luck throwing the stock rims back on and presenting it that way. Maybe sell the new rims/tires privately, you'll attract alot more buyers; especially the buyers with the cash to purchase.

Thanks alot for the advice I'll probably be posting it on ebay soon as well.Yea as far as the mods goI'm just trying to get some money for all the work put into it,hopefully someone who was planning on modding a TT anyways would come accross this and realize that they could save alot of money by buyingone already modified.Price lowered to $21,000 OBO if anyone is interested.
