Stage III Allroad 2.7T w/ NEW LONG BLOCK & new air ride

I am selling my 2005 C5 Audi Allroad 2.7T with brand new long block and only recently converted to Stage III (K04s on a 034 Motorsport tune).

• Miles on car: 134,200
• Miles on the long-block: ~5000 (brand new from New German Performance in Maryland during a rebuild/upgrade. Had an oil leek I let go, and I sank $20k into a complete rebuild to go K04 Stage III.)
• Power: About 440hp and 485lbs torque in excellent shape that runs .
• Paint color: original "polar white" - driver side got key'ed about 7 years ago and I did a $2600 insurance claim to repaint

Car History & Context for Selling:
No serious issues with the car, but there are some things that need attention:

1. front rotors need replacing (purchased 355x32mm StopTech rotors from ECS @ $900; will install in Jan.)
2. air-ride ECU got fried about a year ago and won't hold memory positions (I'm going to repair or replace the the whole rig with a coilover kit.)
3. rear-left eccentric bolt used to correct alignment has seized, which will necessitate replacing that assembly (taking care of that in January.)

I've had the car 11 years, and facing these relatively small issue is just my tipping point. (I'm turning 52 soon.) So I've decided to list the car to see if there'd be any takers.
