2.7T APB Complete Engine
 

Hello friends
I am looking to buy a used complete engine for an a6 2.7T (Automatic)

Reason being why is that someone who drove the car is not familiar with car's mechanical side drove it a few blocks with no or very less engine oil. And now the engine is making noise and the mechanic told me I should replace the engine because there is no possible way to fix the one in the car. :-(

I'd set out a little bowl of antifreeze outside of your mechanic's office.

ya id call crap on that these are finicky but tough motors ya it may need to be rebuilt to a point but its not just a throw away
