I figured I would throw this out there, I have had 3 of this body style that have met various fates, and I want one to restore. Prefer it be running/driving, though I am willing to consider less. I have had a 57K mile 81 Turbo gas, that was stolen in CT from the garage that was doing tranny service on it in 98 (when it had 81K on it or so), an 83 turbo diesel that busted a timing belt in Colorado around Aspen and had to be scrapped, and I had an 82 diesel that rotted out beneath me. Are there any decent ones left out there? I am located in Maine, so the closer the better. My wife seems to think old Volvo's are the epitome of style, while I like to think that the early 5000 is a great car. Finally have the time/money to make one right and keep it forever. Thanks
