Here is the only description I have for the springs directly from the website I bought them from. I've never opened the box, so it might say something aboutspring rate.
Lowering Springs
Fits: 1996-2001 Audi A4 Quattro (V-6 and 30v)
Notes: Front - 1.75", Rear - 1.5", Not for use on convertible models.
