I've got 4, all season Tires & Wheels for an 2002-A6, 2.7T, 17" Pirelli's with Sport Edition Rims, hub rings, etc. Tires/wheels have ~ 5K miles (used for winter). purchased from Tire Rack in Aug/07. Paid $1100, will sell for $600.

Yes they are 5-112, offset is 32mm.
