2007+ Audi Care

Has anyone been able to purchase the Audi Care maintenance offering after they purchased their car, but within the first 12 months / 12k miles at a discount below the MSRP of $550? If so, at which dealer? Thanks in advance.

The optional maintenance plan is offered to you when signing the papers at purchase. It is not negotable as far as I know.
