2016 A3 2.0T Convertible
 

Hello,
My name is Joe; purchased a new 2016 A3 2.0 Convertible, 2 years ago this month. About 3 weeks ago, my "check engine" and "EPC" came on my dash. The dealer service stated "just turn off and push to turn it back on"; I guess just like "rebooting" a computer. It didn't work. So, had the vehicle towed to the dealership, where I purchased it. They told me that, "it needed an new engine"; ITS freaking not even 2 years old !!!! Only have 22,500 Miles on it!!! Anyway, they stated that the "piston" had broke and it traveled into the engine and ended in the oil pan. They said, it's under warranty! Yeah, but this shouldn't happen. Now, I am trying to upgrade/traded it in....they're giving me "peanuts" for my trade-in !!

So, I am asking in the forum, if there is anyone who can direct me to and Audi Specialist or direct me to someone who can help me "fight" for my "right" to have them give me an replacement vehicle ??
