2016 A3 oil change

Just purchased a used 2016 2.0T A3 and I traditionally do my own oil changes , but I am hearing that the oil pans are plastic and use plastic plugs, so oil extraction is a possibility. My question is, am I able to get the extraction tube all the way to the bottom of the oil pan in this car, or am I better off taking out the oil plug and just replacing it each time?

I guess it depends how long the hose is. But I've done it twice with no issues on my 2015.

On my 2013 2.0T,an oil change is easy. I don't even have to remove the undertray. The high-mounted filter doesn't dump oil on the engine when removed. Use a new drain-plug washer. The torque on my 2013 is 30n-m (not lb-ft).

Me too, i have already done it two time before, i have shared this problem & how to do in Forum Audi A3 in France.
