3.2 exhaust options?

I know about the Milltek exhaust for the 3.2 and have heard rumblings about a comparable setup from Neuspeed, but does anyone have any recommendations or experience with these on the 3.2? And is there any place I can get numbers on hp or torque gains? Even the Milltek Sport site has no technical data.

I can't imagine either would gain by more than 5-10% but just curious.

i don't think an exhaust will do anything, since the 3.2 has no turbo, the exhaust will just make the car louder, that's all.

No Nam, it will improve the throttle response and hp. I wouldn't think more than 5% of a boost though. Still, that's not a bad improvement.

Cheers!

Chef is right, it makes it easier for the engine to breathe, therefore you get a slight power gain. You'll only be looking at 5hp at the wheels, maybe 10 if you pray.

Best option is to go back to the dealer and trade it in for a 2.0T. With the money you get back since the 2.0T is cheaper, buy a chip and cat back and you'll have a lot more power than the 3.2

Those 2.0T members are a ruthless bunch!;)

Sorry.

Drum

Keep the faith the 3.2 is an awesome car. You display class having chosen it for its smooth power delivery and performance without having to have ahighly tweakedengine under the bonnnet

Haha, thanks, I'm an against-the-grain kind of guy anyway. I'm not really into modding enough to actually do much to a car, and I had always heard that iron block narrow-angle 6 was old but rock solid reliable.

That all sounds really nice.... until the chipped 2.0T blows by [8D]
