A3 2.0T Broken down "Engine"
 

Hello, my name is Joe...have a 2016 A3 2.0T....with only 22500 miles...not even 2 years old....new to the forum....looking for any advice!!
Recently vehicle was towed to dealership with check engine and EPC ? found out that part of piston broken and traveled into the engine and shavings and parts ended in the oil pan!!!! I am looking for the Regional Administrator for Audi Services??? Please advise. Thank you
