A3 2009 rear sunshade bow installation help
 

Need to replace the rear ceiling sunshade bow on my recently purchase 2009 A3.

Several have posted on this forum that they have done this and that it takes 30-90 minutes (not a quick install), but can't find any instructions here or on the internet.

Don't want to damage the car with trial by fire, so any help appreciated.
