A3 Diesel 2005 onwards- Which fuel pump system?
Hi,
I am going to buy an A3 later this year and I would like to clarify something.
I was recently told that the fuel pumps on an A3 have changed from this:
Bosch VE mechanical injection pumps, then
Bosch VE EDC with electronic diesel Controls, then
to a Bosch VP semi electrical controls via computor then,
to Bosch PD (Pumpe Dauze) Unitary injection, and now
To Bosch Common Rail system
Please could someone tell me which years these changes took place?
