Default A3 Engine Light

Dear Forum,

I bought an 2010 A3 TDI 2.0 last summer, and the engine light has been constantly coming on the last six weeks or so. I've brought it to two different Audi dealerships have tried to address the problem -- a glow plug and oxygen sensor replaced, moisture removed from a tube. But it's come on again.

I've scheduled my fourth service appointment, but at this point, I'm beginning to wonder why it should be so difficult to fix the issue. This is my first Audi. Is this something normal or a frequent problem? The service departments have been great and, honestly, not too concerned about the engine light, but it takes up lots of my time going back and forth to the dealer.

Any advice or ideas? When does it turn into a more serious problem with the car? After the sixth attempt? When should I call Audi about the issue?

Thanks!
