A3 PZEV? what does it mean?
 

What exactly does PZEV mean with the A3? I know it stands for partial zero-emissions vehicle, but what's the mechanical?/fuel? difference from the other audi cars that aren't PZEV? i was looking at the Circle Audi inventory because i was thinking about going there and they have a bunch of A3's that are PZEV.
