Alternative GPS??

Okay, sorry if this is a duplicate post, I did a search but couldn't find anything about this thing on a US forum.

Has anyone ever seen this?

It looks like a Chinese GPS/CD/Bluetooth unit made to fit in the Audi??

Any info, links, or whatever would be nice.
