Hi,
We have had our Audi A3 for a couple of weeks (2011 plate) and my partner paired our phones to it at the weekend. When I went to turn it on, on Monday morning, it wouldn't start and on the dash it says 'deadlock, see owner's manual'.

Any ideas what the problem could be please?
