Default Audi A3 Sportback 2005 steering problem

Hey there, I have Audi A3 Sportback 1.9 TDI, I bought a new car in 2005, and after 5 years at 75000km, steering wheel got really rigid, and needed to be replaced. After new steering was installed, it was never the same. It was rigid and little bit hard to manuvr. I complained at my service(only licensed and certified by Audi in my city), but they keep convincing me, that everthying is fine. I was driving car like that, for almost a year, when I heard some funny noices from steering, went to service, the steering was still under warranty (2 years after replacement), and they changed it. It was in may this year, it was finnaly ok, but couple days ago, it become really rigid and hard to steer again. I am sure they are gonna convince me that it is normal, like they did before. Does anyone had similar problems, maybe this A3 series have some serial error on steering wheel mechanism? Any advice?
