Hi
I just bought a audi a3 2006 s line with a symphony 2 head unit installed. Im looking to replace this unit but im having trouble getting the amplifier to turn on. The aftermarket unit power up and works, just no sound output. I know my bose amplifier is in full working order.


The harness that has the power and the ground wire, theres one more brown wire at the top which says bose on the diagram, is this the remote wire for the bose amplifier? Please note the thumbnail attached is from google, on my symphony 2 headunit the ant continuous, K and Alarm GND connections.


Hopefully once my digital volt tester arrives I will be able to identify if it Is but in the mean time, has anyone replaced there symphony head unit and how did you guys wire it? im using a harness with a canbus unit attached.
