2.0 Manual Lava Grey, Cold, Audio, Premium, Sky, Destinationand AudiCare 4 yrs. Invoice $28,958. Without AudiCare at $550 I figure this is $1,826 below MSRP or in other words2% over invoice. Any thoughts? Good , Average or Bad deal? This doesn't include taxes or tags.. Can't reply until tomorrow. Thanks Charlie Whitten

charlie whitten – I did not see this post before answering the earlier one so I am very glad to see that you went with the Lava Grey & MT. Very nice.
So congrats on the car – the price looks very fair. The only thing I have learned in buying cars or electronics, you never look back once you have made your purchase. You forget about the options that you could have purchased, etc. When people ask you, you say: "the price was very good and I am very happy." I does not matter if it true or not and people do not have to know the details anyway.
I still wish I went with the Sline and the OpenSky but I have learned to repress that feeling. I know that that when I will go through my middle age crisis I will get a small sport convertible so it makes me feel better just knowing I will finally buy myself the car I could never let myself buy in the past…
Sorry to rumble, I do that a lot… Congrats on the car again.

Charlie;
Congratulations. I'm hoping that you enjoy yours as much as I do mine. BTW - Which dealership did you end up working a deal with? Please let us know how your dealership experience went - there may befutureAudi driversscanning these posts looking for a decent dealership in the B/W area.

Hello everyone
We are buying and picking up the car tomorrow. The price I negotiated is $580 over invoice, whichI'm not totally thrilled with but it is the car my wife wants. According to Edmunds subtopic " what other people are paying", this is a couple hundred below their number. We are dealing with HBL of Tysons Corner, Virginia and I would consider them one of the slickest dealerships I've ever seen. I mean, look at what they are making me pay!! We'll see how it pans out tomorrow, and then I'll probably go into deal haggling remission.

That's a fine deal - exactly in line with what I paid for my two A3's. HBL sells quite a few A3's, and has good techs that work on them frequently ( unlike here). As Chef and Olivier said, don't look back - you got exactly what you wanted from one of the best dealers, and a couple hundred bucks you might have saved on the ultimate perfect deal is irrelevant to the long term satisfaction you'll get from the right car. I still smile every time I fire mine up, and it's been a year.
Thanks to everyone, it's done and in the garage. Thanks, again.. Charlie
