hi
we bought a 2000/y plate audi a3 1.8t on monday when we bought it the engine management light was one but the boy had a diagnostic test done and it was the cam shaft sensor

the car will not start first time takes 2-5 attempts to start once started its not got its full power its as if its in limp mode wants to go then stops then little more then stop then little more

we changed the cam shaft sensor today and still the problem is there
do we need to have the code cleared or should it clear it self

any help would be great thanks
