first time buying wheels! What do you think?
So i have searched for offset info ect but before i press the buy button on $1000 package i wanted to ask one more time, will 38+ 5x112 by 18's fit with 225/40/18 tires, here is a link to the wheels (Azul speedmesh) http://www.wheelfire.com/scontent/Wh...%2FSport%20Pkg.
- Also if anyone knows of similar wheels in about the same price range any recommendations would be appreciated! |
Don't press that button! The wheels have the wrong offset: stock is 56. Those wheels would stick out past the front fenders.
Check out this thread over at the Fourtitude forum; it's all about wheels: http://forums.fourtitude.com/zerothread?id=3890603 |
Nooo! Well does anyone know of similar wheels in that range?? Is there anything i can do about this, so only if the offset is too high i could use spacers? Thanks

Here's one of the posts from the link I gave: Stock: 17x7.5 ET56 225/45/17 Aftermarket that will fit no rub - tire size 225 with 45 series 17x8 et 45 17x7.5 et 56-45 18x7.5 et 56-45 18x8 et 50-45 i duno about 19 Aftermarket that will fit with rub for ~100 miles include tires 225 - 235 40 series 18x8 et40 18x8 et35 rear 18x8.5 et45 18x9 et40 rear with 245's again i duno about 19 Other comments No rubbing 18x8 et50, 235/40 yokohama advan s4 = no rub 19x8 ET50 BBS CH with 225/35/19 Toyo T1-R = no rubbing Rubbing 18x8 et50, 235/40 eagle f1 = rub] ------------------------------------ You can see that you have more leeway for the rear fitment, but less for the fronts. |
