I was wondering if anyone noticed the Hazard switch blink when the key is in and the car has power but the engine is not running. I called the dealership and the guy didn't know of anything and wants to charge me $65 just to look at it. I figured if it's a normal thing, they'd know and if it was some sort of fault indicator they could at least tell me that much then charge me to figure out what the fault is.

So, any ideas? It's a 2006 A3 2.0T and the switch flashes every so often when the car is off and when the key is in set to ACC.
