Hello all. I have a 2015 A3 Premium 2.0T. I have experienced an on-going problem where, when utilizing my regular (not high beam) headlamps, they appear to be aimed down, only illuminating ~ 10 - 20 feet ahead of the vehicle. My high beam lights seem appropriately adjusted. I have contacted Audi of North America and they do not seem to have any suggestion/solution to the problem. The dealer also does not seem familiar with the problem, other than suggesting that it come in for a "program," to adjust the aim and sweep. I do not have any indicators that suggest they are not aimed appropriately, but they are not illuminating the road. I have the basic headlamp package (they are Xenon and I believe HID, but not auto dimming from high to low beam). If anyone has experienced this or has any suggestion on fixing it, I would great appreciate the help.
