Default Interior Issue - A3 Gray Leather w/ Black Seatbelts

I just picked up my A3 from the dealer on Friday. It has the gray leather interior which I believe should come with gray seatbelts. But when I picked it up, it had black seatbelts. Not a big deal, but they do stand out against the gray. I've asked the dealer to check into replacing them, but no input back yet. I'm a bit worred about having them replace them as I'm assuming it would require opening up a lot of the interior and may introduce rattles/squeaks. Has anyone had experience replacing seatbelts in their A3 and have any advice on whether to do it if it is an optional replacement like mine?

My A3 came with gray leather and black seat belts, I don't think I have really seen any that didn't have black seat belts now that I think about it.

That seems strange - what color is the trim on your B pillar? I have beige seat belts with my beige interior on my A3. You should definitely check with the dealership and also take a look at the interior of other A3's.

I have a 2007 premium with gray leather. The seat belts are black. Never thought about it before.

I too have gray seats, but there is black on the doors, dash, steering wheel and more so I hardly notice the seat belts. I'd leave them alone.

Default '09s only come with black or beige

Finally had a chance to take my '09 A3 into the dealer to investigate the seatbelts. It appears the 2009 A3's only come with either Black or Beige seatbelts - the gray option is no longer available (it was on the 2008 models). It appears the images on the Audi websites are out-of-date.

I guess I'm actually kinda glad - the black don't look bad and I was a bit worried that pulling apart the interior to replace the seatbelts could introduce some issues. Not having the gray option kinda solves my concerns....
