iPod Video Dietz 1417
 

I'm about to install a Dietz 1417 with my RNS-E. When using a iPod video for you video source, will you be able to control the iPod through the head unit/multi function steering wheel, or will control be limited to the iPod only.

I'd like to place the iPod hidden away in the glove box with using a dice adapter, but if I only have control with the iPod that would not work. It would have to be mounted with say a Pro Clip on the dash/console.
