Hi guys,

I recently brought myself an Audi A3 2.0TDI 140bhp BKD engine code.

The first week I had it , it was perfect. But now I am losing engine coolant fast, I am topping it up everyday and to find after around 10 miles , the coolant is empty. the oil in the car seems fine , and isn't milky.

I have also had a p3103 Error code come up aswell. Supposedly something to do with my EGR valve. I cleaned out the EGR and I still have the error code pop up.

Now after reading a few forums online and some answers, could the excessive coolant loss be something to do with the EGR valve?

Was hoping some of you audi pro engineers would have some idea!

Well It looks as though I sorted the problem in the end...

after bypassing EGR coolers, Trying blanking kits for EGR valves, bypassing my coolant through different pipes.

K-Seal.

 

Did you change the Dragon Fire Oxide Dodecahedron Ball Bearings?
