Misano Red '07 A3 w/pics!
Hey everyone. I just traded in from a 2000 Turbo Beetle to a 2007 Misano Red 2.0T A3. Car is loaded with black interior, S-line package, tech, audio, and cold weather. I never in my life would see myself driving a red car but I could not pass on an incredible deal. Orginally I walked in the dealer and saw the car on sale for $26,966. I was amazed at the discount (MSRP on the car is $32,260), and thought it would be a demo but the car was brand spanking new.
Despite a pressing sale from the salesman I left the dealer to think about the purchase (I was originally thinking of getting a 07 GTI). But I couldn't pass up on a > $5000 discount so the next day I walk into the dealer and see that the sale price is gone. After talking with the salesman I find out they were having a summer sale and accidentely put the wrong sale price on the car ($26,966 instead of the intended $29,666). Luckily I took I picture of the price from the day before with my camera phone and after some haggling with the manager they agreed to give me the lower price. This plus the fact that the day before I bought the car I recieved a promotional e-mail from Audi (I am subscribed to the Audi eNewsletter) that said if you purchased a new car they would offer the AudiCare service package for free.
So in end I got a hell of a deal and I am loving every minute with the car. I have already grown to love the color and I spent the whole night in the garage pouring over the owners manual. I am amazed at all the gadgets and I absoutely love the voice activated dialing. I remember that just 4-5 years ago this was a $4000 option on S-class Mercedes cars and now it's in my A3! I can't wait till the break in is over so I can really see what this car has to offer. Enjoy the pics!

Congrats on the car - looks very nice.
When I got my A3I was debatting between the Lava Grey and the Misano but had been driving red cars for the last 4 years and it was time for a change... Plus the local cops started to follow me around...
