I have a 2006 A33.2 DSG SLine Quatro, I also have the Audi Symphonie radio, what would i have to buy or replace to get the Navigation System(OEM) , and how much should i expect to pay.

If you've already got the double DIN unit, it should make the install quite a bit easier. I'm not sure what it would cost, but those write ups have all the part numbers you need. eBay is probably going to be the least expensive option.
