I've just had both doors replaced under warranty on my 2003 A3 1.6 sport(3dr)
They were very rusty all along the bottoms. Has anyone else had this trouble......yet?

Also Audi have had to modify the lower door mouldings as they hit the cills when slammed, this took a huge chip out of the cill.
