sway bar and suspension over a new intake and exhaust?

I agree with hesaputz and TPE_A3. The chip will do more than the exhaust/intake. The lowering springs or coilovers will make it look cool, and the car will handle better. Add the rear sway bar, and it will handle even better. From what I have read on this forum, the stock exhaust is actually quite good. An aftermarket exhaust might add 10 hp. Do you want just noise, or go fast?
chip it first thing, for sure, that is most bang for your buck
suspension...enough said
exhaust? won't change your car anywhere close to what a chip and coilovers can do for you

I see nothing has been said about warranty yet. My understanding is that any changes to a particular item (i.e. suspension) will void the warranty on related items (i.e. tires). There has been a lot of discussion about chips and warranty. It appears that it depends upon the dealer?
