Default Optimal trade in period for audi company car

I have a 2007 audi a3 2.0 MT that I got new about 10 months or so ago. So far I have racked up 28,000 miles on it. The current car policy says we get a new one every 5 years or 100,000 miles. I will hit the mile limit in approx 2.5 to 3 years.

We are questioning that policy as far as if it is the optimal trade time. I sold cars with Carmax while finishing up my engineering degree, and it seems like a car has three major depreciations.

1. When it is sold new
2. when the warranty runs out
3. when it hits 100K.

I think 100K is too much for a co car since really past 70,000 miles you have fully depreciated the car.

Any thoughts? Perhaps someone else with a co car that might be able to chime in?
