I installed the DICE iPod unit in a month ago. Worked great until this weekend - all of the sudden iPod kept showing the orange synching screen when I plugged it in (same screen that shows up when sync it with iTunes on your computer). Screen won't go away, the iPod wheel function is locked. I can get it to work by resetting/restarting the iPod manually (pushing middle button and menu at the same time). Its also not charging the unit.

I emailed DICE, but not response.

Anyone know why its doing this?
