RS4 or RS8 Alloys
 

Hi, im new to the forum so hello to you all.

Ive recently bought a A3 1.8t in black, im about to lower it by 30mm allround and thinking of gettin a set of 19" alloys for it i am quite interested in the RS4 and RS8 wheels anyone got these if so any problems with rubbing?

hi mate, ive got 19inch rs6's on mine mate, lowered about 70mm and i dont have any problems with rubbing, but i did have to remove the rear mudflaps, hope this helps?

cheers mate, 70 mm bloody hell thats alot i was worried bout going over 30mm with 19's on...

WILL TRY AND GET YOU SOME PICS UP MATE, DO YOU LIVE IN THE UK? IF YOU DO I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT GETTING A8/S8 WHEELS BECAUSE IVE ALREADY HAD A SET AND THEY WONT LAST 2 MINUTES COS THEY WENT TARNISHED AND CORRODED, IF YOU GET RS4 THEY ARE ALSO ONLY 8INCH WIDE AND NOT 8.5 INCH, MAKING THEM EASIER TO GO ON!!!

rs4's are sweet mate, they will look really classy!! the other ones which are quite classy are the rs007's, they are a bit like rs4;s but without the huge centre cap, dont know if youve seen them. rs8's are a definate no no, our weather isnt good enough!!!!

yeah RS4 it is then!, im also looking for a induction kit having a bit of trouble finding a decent one only K&N at the moment do you know any sites i could get one from?

your best off getting a BMC carbon filter, a normal induction kit will draw in lotrs of hot air, give venom motorsport a call, you will get ther number on their website, www.venommotorsport.com
