S-Line Bumper Fog Light Grilles

Does anyone know if they make blank (less fog light) lower grilles for an S-Line bumper. I want a clean look with no foggies for my A3 8P

The bumper i'm running is: 8P0807105BGRU

Nope no luck, i gave it a good go searching. Gotta be something out there but nobody is chiming in.

i've seen guys just buy plastic mesh or chicken wire looking things and cutting them to do a custom cover ---- looks pretty good after they paint them in black
